Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria)
This herb is anti-inflammatory, analgesic, astringent and diuretic. It’s good for arthritis and gastritis when the body is too acidic. It is believed that the herb alkalizes the body in general and has been used for all manner of arthritis.

Active ingredients: E.g. Flavonoids, Salicylic Acid, Essential Oils and Tannic Acids.

How to use: 1 teaspoon in 1 cup boiling water, steeped for 15 minutes, 3 times a day.
