Consultation

Consultation
The first visit with our herbalist, Kolbrún, takes about an hour. During the consult your medical history, diet and activity level are examined in detail. It‘s most common that people seek the advice of a herbalist after they have been diagnosed by a medical doctor. In some cases people are advised to seek treatment by traditional means or to get a further diagnosis from a medical doctor. At the end of each consult Kolbrún determines how long treatment should last and most of the time she prescribes individualized herbal blends, all depending on what each person needs.

Kolbrún makes diet and exercise suggestions if needed. After about 4 weeks a 30 minutes follow up consult is scheduled, where the results are evaluated, changes made if needed and further treatment scheduled if needed.
