Basic/ Alkali foods
BASIC FOOD, ALKALI FOOD (80% OF FOOD)
Fruits: Apples, apricots, avocado, bananas (ripe), berries, carob, cherries, raisins, dates, grey fig, grapefruit, mango, melons, olives (fresh), papaya, peaches and pears.
Lemon and lime are acidic fruits, but contain a lot of calcium that has a basic effect on the body.
Vegetables: Asparagus, eggplant, lima beans, green beans, beetroot, broccoli, cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, celery, cauliflower, chicory, chives, cucumber,dandelion leaves, dill, northen dock, seaweed, garlic, kale, salad leaves, mushrooms, paprika, potatoes, pumpkin, turnip, rutabaga, soybeans, spinach and garden cress.
Dairy products: Acidophilus, raw milk, whey and goat yogurt.
Meat or fish: Nothing.
Grains: Mussel, quinoa, amaranth and fresh corn.
Miscellaneous: Agar-agar, alfalfa, apple vinegar, grain coffee, ginger (dried), honey, kelp, mint, red clover, maté and sage.
Basic: Cold shower, love, laughter, hugs and fresh air.
ACIDIC FOOD (20% OF FOOD)
Fruits: Citrus fruits, chestnuts roasted, fresh coconut nut, jams, sweetened fruit in cans, green bananas, plums, driep plums (and juices), olives and whole pickles.
Vegetables: Beans (all), brussel sprouts, chicken beans, lentils, onions, peanuts, rhubarb and tomatoes.
Dairy products: Butter, cheese, cream, ice cream, milk and all other dairy products.
Meat and fish: Everything.
Grains: All flour, buckwheat, barley, bread, cakes, corn, biscuits, noodles, spaghetti, oatmeal, rice and rye.
Nuts: All nuts and especially those that are roasted, coconut nuts (dried) and peanuts.
Miscellaneous: Alcohol, sugar, cocoa, chocolate, coke, coffee, dressings, sauces, medicines, eggs, sweetened ginger, pigment (coloring product), corn flour, marmalade, tonic water, tobacco and vinegar (apart from apple vinegar).
Acidic forming: Little sleep, overwork, worry, stress, anger and envy.
Works against acid: Citrus juice with apple vinegar, hot water and honey. Honey and calcium are good agains acid.
