When sesam seeds are dry-roasted on a very hot pan it is called Gomasio. 

I roast the seeds untill they have a golden sheen and have been popping for some time. Then I put them into a food processor with salt, I use our french/kelt salt, and grind for a minute. I put this on a very nice vegetable soup. Gomasio is very good with any morning porridge, salats or soups.

The sesam seeds are rich in calsium. Enjoy!
