When sesam seeds are dry-roasted on a very hot pan it is called Gomasio.
I roast the seeds untill they have a golden sheen and have been popping for some time. Then I put them into a food processor with salt, I use our french/kelt salt, and grind for a minute. I put this on a very nice vegetable soup. Gomasio is very good with any morning porridge, salats or soups.
The sesam seeds are rich in calsium. Enjoy!
We have decided to sell many kinds of seeds, grain and beans here in Jurtaapótekið. Including sesam seeds.
