It is possible to stimulate hypothyroid with better diet and supplements.

Diet w/ negative effect:  Cabbage, mustard, soybean products, peanuts, pine nuts, millet, pears, green cabbage, sugar, white bread, red meat and spinach.

Diet w/ positive effect: Molasses, egg yolks, parsley, apricots, dates, prunes, fish, chicken, seaweed, mushrooms, garlic and onion.

#  Do not use fluor toothpaste and avoid fluor lights. 
#  Physical exercises are necessary to improve the thyroid.
