This mixture contains aromatic waters that are expectorant, antibacterial and antitussive. It’s good for both colds and sore throats and can help asthma sufferers.

Ingredients:

• Eucalyptus Aromatic Water (Eucalyptus globulus) – Is an expectorant, antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.
• Hyssop Aromatic Water (Hyssopus officinalis) – Is an expectorant, disinfecting, and antitussive.
• Peppermint Aromatic Water (Mentha piperita) – Is an expectorant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.
• Thyme Aromatic Water (Thymus vulgaris) – Is disinfecting, anti-inflammatory and an expectorant.
• Ginger Aromatic Water (Zingiber officinale) – Is anti-inflammatory and an expectorant.

How to use: 1 tablespoon 3 – 4 times a day. For children, 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.
