Sea Buckthorn Oil (Hippophae rhamnoides)
This oil is very nourishing for all mucous membranes, rich in Vitamins and healthy Fatty Acids (Omega 7) so it is good for ingestion. It‘s strengthening, nourishing, anti-inflammatory, moisturizing, antibacterial, healing and stimulating. It‘s a good addition to any skin oil, especially for skin problems, due to its healing properties.

Active ingredients: Fatty Acids (e.g. Linoleic, Alpha Linoleic, Palmitoleic and Palmitic), Vitamins A, C, E and K, Carotenoids (e.g. Lycopene and Beta Carotene), Minerals, Terpenes and Phytosterols.

How to use: 1 teaspoon a day if ingested, otherwise a few drops are enough for skin products, gives a little color to the skin.
Attention: Never use undiluted on skin.
