This blend contains herbs that are very nourishing and especially mineral rich. This blend is meant for those who care about their bones. These herbs nourish the bones, cartilages and connective tissue. This blend can be used as a multi-mineral complex substitute.

Ingredients:

• Stinging Nettle Leaves (Urtica dioca folia) – Are full of Calcium and other minerals.
• Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) – Is rich in silica which is especially good for bone, cartilage and connective tissue health.
• Oat Straw (Avena sativa) – Is rich in calcium and contains some B vitamins also.
• Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris) – Contains a wide variety of nutrients but not necessarily in high concentrations. An excellent food supplement.
• Rosehips (Rosa canina) – Contains natural vitamin C which helps build and maintain healthy cartilage.

How to use: 3 capsules 2 – 3 times a day or 1 teaspoon in hot water 2 – 3 times a day.
Attention: Unsuitable for people on blood thinners.
