A herbal blend for constipation.
This blend is good to stimulate bowel movements. It’s good for people with constipation and liver fatigue, though it is unsuitable for people with lazy bowel syndrome. It can be used regularly but it takes 2 – 3 days to start working.

Ingredients:

• Burdock (Arctium lappa) – Stimulates the livers bile production which in turn stimulates digestion and bowel movements.
• Dandelion Root (Taraxicum officinalis radix) – Has the same effect as Licorice root and Burdock.
• Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) – Is rich in fibers which stimulate bowel movements.
• Yucca (Yucca filamentosa) – Stimulates digestion by stimulating bile production.

Attention: Unsuitable for people with gastritis, hypertension and edema.
