• Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) – Cleanses the blood and is very nutrient rich. Contains 18 Amino acids, including the 8 essential ones, Beta Carotene, Vitamin E, Iodine, Iron and is Protein rich. Spirulina is good when people are cleansing their bodies and/or overhauling their diet.
