This blend puts the body in fourth gear when it has been lagging in first gear. It stimulates the liver and kidneys, increases circulation, strengthens and nourishes the nervous system, endocrine system and lungs. It helps digestion and can therefore reduce bloating. It’s suitable for older people, children that have little appetite and people with a low stomach acid (hypochlorhydria). Can be used regularly or occasionally.

• Oat Straw (Avena sativa) – Are nourishing and strengthening for the nervous system.
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)  – Is nourishing for the endocrine system.
• Gentian (Gentiana lutea) – Stimulates the digestive glands.
• Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) – Is nourishing for the lungs.
