This oil is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and expectorant. The Eucalyptus Essential Oil is the main expectorant agent in this blend.

Ingredients:

• Sesame Seed Oil (Sesamum indicum) – Is nourishing and anti-inflammatory.
• Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia) – Is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.
• Eucalyptus Essential Oil (Eucalyptus radiata) – Is extremely expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and strengthens the immune system.
• Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha piperita) – Is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and expectorant.

How to use: Use twice a day and have a tissue ready since you will need to blow your nose afterwards.
