It’s antibacterial, increases circulation, especially in the peripheral vascular system, making it excellent for cold hands and feet. It’s diaphoretic, febrifuge and hypotensive. It’s good for colds, coughs and all respiratory ailments.
Active ingredients: The herb is rich in Vitamins B, Iron, Manganese, Magnesium and Zinc.
How to use: ½ teaspoon in a cup of boiled water 3 times a day.
Attention: Unsuitable for people with hypertension.
