Not all types of Ginseng were created equal. Wild Manscuria Ginseng is believed to be the best one. Cultivated Ginseng comes in both red and white varieties. The red one is steam boiled which creates the red color and is stronger than the white variety, more yang. Good for depression and insomnia.
Active ingredients: Is an Adaptogenic Herb. Contains a lot of Hormone Like Substrates, Essential Oils, Starch, Pectin, Vitamin B1, B2 and B12, Choline, Fatty Acids, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Copper, Zinc and Manganese.
How to use: ½ teaspoon 1 – 2 times a day.
Attention: Should not be used in case of acute inflammation, bronchitis, ADHD or hypertension.
