Hops (Humulus lupulus)
This herb is sedative, muscle relaxant, nervine, antibacterial, stimulates digestive gland function and is antidiarrheal. It’s good for nervous tension, stress related diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s, intestinal cramps, insomnia and menopause.

Active ingredients: E.g. Humulones, Lupulones, Essential Oils and Flavonoids.

How to use: 1 teaspoon in a cup of boiled water once a day or ½ a teaspoon of powder.
Attention: Unsuitable for people with depression.
