Horsetail (Equisetum arvense)
This herbs main function is due to its Silicic Acid content, which strengthens connective tissue throughout the body, hair, nails, lung tissue, bones and tendons. It’s also good for stopping all kinds of bleedings, both internally and externally, including bleeding from the urinary bladder. It’s very diuretic and is good for most joint problems. When the herb is boiled the minerals in it are drawn out, which is why it needs to be boiled if people want reap the benefits from its Silicic Acid.

How to use: 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of boiled water, let it steep for 15 minutes and drink 3 times a day. Use 3 capsules per day.
