This blend strengthens the digestion if it is sensitive. It’s good to drink this blend after a heavy meal. Keeps the vascular system and digestion functioning properly and can be used as an everyday tea.

Ingredients:

• Angelica Leaves (Angelica archangelica folia) – Stimulates the gastrointestinal glands which aids digestion. Is expectorant, analgesic and carminative. It’s good to use after illnesses and for older people with slower body systems.
• Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) – Strengthens the immune system if the stomachs mucosa is sensitive. Extremely healing both internally and externally, calms the nervous system and is good for flu and colds. It cleanses the blood, making it good for eczema and arthritis. It’s also hypotensive and good for almost any ailment.
• Fireweed (Epilobium angustifolium) – Is a mild herb that is suitable for everyone. It’s demulcent, astringent and antidiarrheal.
