This herb is calming for both the heart and the mind. It improves sleep and is very relaxing for the body. It’s antiviral and therefore good for flu, colds and even for cold sores. It’s good for chronic fatigue and ADHD. Due to its antihistamine properties it’s good for eczema and headaches.
