Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum/sanctum)
This herb is especially antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal and is therefore good for respiratory illnesses, e.g. cold, flu, asthma and bronchitis. It’s an adaptogenic herb and therefore good for anxiety, stress, hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue. It’s anti-inflammatory and purifying.
