This herb is warming, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and wholly strengthening. It’s good for any kind of digestive disorders, bloating, indigestion and stomach cramps. It increases circulation in the limbs and is good for bronchitis and other respiratory ailments.

Active ingredients: E.g. Essential Oils, Lactones, Coumarin, Vitamins B1, B2 and B12, Zinc, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron and Trace Elements.

How to use: 1 teaspoon in boiling water, steep for 15 minutes, 2 times a day.
