Cleavers (Galium aparine)
This herb is diuretic, antispasmodic, relaxing and remedial. It’s good for edema, inflammations and lymphatic sensitivities. Its diuretic properties make it good for skin problems as well being a good kidney cleanser. It has a similar effect as Lady’s bedstraw.

Active ingredients: E.g. Alkanes, Coumarin, Flavonoids and Iridoids.

How to use: 1 teaspoon in a cup of boiling water, steep for 15 minutes, 2 – 3 times a day.
