This herb is antispasmodic, diaphoretic, calming, hypotensive, relaxing and strengthens the immune system. It’s good for hypertensive headaches, stress and insomnia.

Active ingredients: E.g. Essential Oils, Mucilage, Tannic Acids, Phenolic Acid and Flavonoids.

How to use: 1 teaspoon in cup of boiled water, steep for 15 minutes, drink 3 times a day or take 3 capsules per day.
