Lady’s Mantle has often been called the ultimate female herb. It balances the menstrual cycle, decreases menstrual bleeding if it is too heavy and stimulates it if needed as well as being analgesic. It’s also possible to make an infusion from the herb to decrease vaginal discharge and prevent infections. The herb is antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, good for digestion, balances blood sugar and is good for mild diarrhea.
